Guarantee

 

All puppies from Poodlelove come with a one-year genetic health guarantee from date of birth to the original purchaser.  Should a veterinarian find a hereditary or congenital disorder within one year from date of birth, you must supply breeder within 10 days of diagnosis, your veterinarian’s written report along with the puppy/dog.  We reserve the right to have any diagnosis verified by our veterinarian before replacing with one from another litter when available. (This guarantee is for replacement of puppy/dog of same sex and approximately equal value).   Purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses to return the puppy/dog to breeder and in addition purchaser agrees to  pay for shipping expenses  for replacement dog.  Breeder is only responsible for 25% of the purchase price of puppy if purchaser wants to keep the puppy/dog instead of returning it to breeder.

 Exceptions:  The following common conditions do not constitute an unhealthy puppy and are easily treated by your veterinarian.

 Common Conditions:

Internal or external parasites, transient diarrhea and digestive upsets, allergies or any condition preventable and/or treatable by the buyer, including, but not limited to, injury, exhaustion, hypoglycemia, or any other stress related condition, will not be warranted.

 We do the utmost to correctly identify the color and size that your puppy should be when fully grown.  No guarantee is given to adult size, conformation, color or markings.

This dog is sold as pet quality, intended for companionship, with no guarantees as to breeding soundness.

 Veterinarian bills and all other debts regarding this puppy is the responsibility of the purchaser.

 To validate this guarantee, the purchaser must have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.  If the veterinarian certifies in writing that the puppy has a serious incurable health problem or defect, the puppy and the written veterinarian statement must be returned to breeder within 72 hours of purchase.

Should you neglect to take your puppy to a veterinarian for this examination within the time specified you accept immediate and full responsibility for it's health and this guarantee is null and void and renders this sale "AS IS" and NO WARRANTIES WILL APPLY.

 Providing adequate medical care including heartworm preventative, Flea/Tick program
and yearly vaccinations is a must.
